I'm interested - do we contact directly or let them donate to the guild and then collect?

I would like to donate the clock mechanism, pendulum and weights from an old grandfather clock.  The clock mechanism runs fine, but the case is worn and the finish is shot (plywood).  Inside the back it says 451-050H Germany.  I researched it once and I think it's Hermle.

The clock is at least 40 years old with a plywood case (75h x 11d x 20w). The original directions paper that came with with the mechanism calls it a "weight driven clock with 4/4 quarter strike". The notation of "451-050H Germany" inside has some smaller lettering I can't read. The the carved eagle, done for my husband by a woodworker in western Washington, is signed "By Norm" and "3 19 99", on the back. I would prefer to donate all the pieces together, case included. My phone is 360-880-1978, the email is ste_lar1@yahoo.com.
