Porter Cable Miter Saw $35.00

I wound up with a newer Makita VERY basic miter saw. It isn't better than the Porter Cable which I bought around 2006. But I don't need two and the vacuum works a bit better on the Makita.

This miter saw works great with the following exceptions:

1. The laser stopped working.

That's it.

On the positive side, the saw is wider than the Makita and allows for longer pieces of stock to be cut before you need an infeed table. I think the saw also doesn't jump at start up like the Makita does.

It doesn't come with a blade but if you don't have one, I may have an extra that I can let go at a reasonable price.

It comes with a vacuum bag, stock hold down, and an extra zero clearance throat plate.

It has been lightly used.
