Kumiko, Arts and Crafts Table, Hand & Machine woodworking Skills 

Join other women of the Guild to learn or practice hand and machine woodworking skills at the Guild shop. This summer is pot luck with kumiko and a small table project ready for your participation. We have jigs and materials to try your hand at kumiko. We also have underway a couple small Arts and Crafts tables to work on and complete together -- a good way to build confidence and skill for your own furniture projects. You can also take this opportunity to learn to sharpen your tools or get help on projects or skills. Sharpening is a key skill to make hand tools like planes and chisels super power your woodworking (kinda silly sounding, but true).
