The 2026 show is once again back live at the Oregon Convention Center in Hall D.  Booths are for Guild members only.  To join the Guild, click HERE.

    Details

    • Location – Oregon Convention Center, Hall D
    • Move-In - April 22, 23
    • Wednesday, 4/23 - 2:00 – 6:00
    • Thursday, 4/24 – 9:00 – 9:00
    • Overnight security will be provided Thursday night
    • Show Hours:
      • Friday – 10 – 7
      • Saturday – 10 – 6
      • Sunday – 10 – 4
    • Load-out -Sunday after the show closes at 4:00

    • Booth Configuration – All booths will include Electrical, 8’ back wall, 3’ side walls, NO furniture.  There are 10 corner booths available on a first come, first serve basis.  Best to register early.
    • Pricing - This year there is an Early Bird Price until Feb 1 at which time the regular price will take effect until March 1.  Booths need to be paid in full this year at time of registration.  Booth Fees are non-refundable!
    • Registration Dates - December 15 - March 1.  After March 1, check with us to see if any space is available.
    • Corner Booths will be charged a $50 premium

    • Register Early - Get your reservation in ASAP.

    *Should a booth be oversized or have a diagonal position, required 9'-16' extensions are available.


    • REGISTRATION & REQUIREMENTS
    1. Fill out the online Registration Form
    2. Provide 3 high resolution images
    3. Select Booth and options and pay 
    4. You will receive a copy of your registration responses.  Keep this email in case you need to make a change or add more people for a name badge.
