Requirements:

Shop card (or white card)

Proof of Covid Vaccine must be on file with the Guild prior to signing in for this session. If it is not on file, plan on bringing your shot card with your name and dates of vaccine.

Liability Waiver

You must have the following safety equipment:

• ANSI Z87.1 rated safety glasses if using the machine room.
• N95 or better dust mask.  These are generally optional but may be required by the Shop Attendant if they determine the air quality will require it. 
• Hearing protection 

There is a high demand for this event. If you are unable to attend please cancel your reservation immediately so the next person on the waiting list can be registered and notified as soon as possible.

Please notify the SA if you are not going to arrive at the beginning of the shift or are not planning on staying for the full shift
