Requirements:

Introduction to Guild Safety (core tool certification is not required)

Liability Waiver

Proof of Covid Vaccine must be on file with Guild prior to signing in for this session. If it is not on file plan on bringing your shot card with your name and dates of vaccine.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are implementing additional safety requirements for those using the shop. Before you arrive for your scheduled session, please ensure the following:

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required. You are STRONGLY encouraged to have your proof of vaccination recorded in advance by sending a copy of your vaccination card to carol.boyd@guildoforegonwoodworkers.org.  
  • You are following the CDC guidelines if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19


You must have the following safety equipment:

  • ANSI Z87.1 rated safety glasses if using the machine room.
  • N95 or better dust mask.  These are generally optional but may be required by the Shop Attendant if they determine the air quality will require it. 
  • Hearing protection 

There is a high demand for this event. If you are unable to attend please cancel your reservation immediately so the next person on the waiting list can be registered and notified as soon as possible.
