This sale will take place at a private home in a residential neighborhood. Street parking is limited at the sale site; please use the adjacent cul-de-sac and nearby streets. Please do not block driveways or park in front of mailboxes.  Buyers should be prepared to deal with some uneven terrain and stairs when removing purchased items from this location.  

A sign-in list will be started at 8:30 am on sale day and entry will be based on sign-in time. We will conduct a silent auction of higher-priced tools and those in special demand. The auction will be terminated and bid sheets collected at 11:00 am. All bidders must be on site or represented on site by a surrogate and all purchases must be paid for on sale day.
