@ The Studio

• Doors open at 5:30 Pizza arrives at 6:00 (see schedule below)
• Like every year, it will be a great way to meet old friends and make new ones in the Guild. 
• There will be representatives from the SIGs and Community Projects available to talk with interested members.
• This year we will be having a Tools Swap during the event where members can arrange to buy and sell tools that need a new home. (Seller should contact Darrel Duffy Pullandbedammed@gmail.com to make arrangements for table space.

5:30 social hour with drinks

Tool Swap Meet to continue through the evening

6:00 Pizza arrives

6:30 Program, including: 

Volunteer recognition (Mike Sandmann, Bill Tainter)

New Member welcome and introductions (Ed Ferguson)

Highlight of SIGs and Volunteer opportunities represented at the event.  (Heidi McNamee)

7:00 Free range visiting 

7:30 Begin clean up in the afterglow of a 7:20 sunset.
