Hardwood Bonanza!

On Saturday, Apr 19, 2025, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, the Guild of Oregon Woodworkers will hold an estate sale including a substantial volume of wood from a local, professional woodworking shop (Greenline Fine Woodworking). The sale will take place in Multnomah Village at 7634 SW 34th Ave, Portland, OR 97219. Find special wood for yourself and others at our estate sale.

This estate sale includes a substantial and diverse volume of high-quality, air-dried exotic and domestic hardwood lumber and turning blanks, including burls. Species include walnut, maple, curly maple, black acacia, ebony, and rosewood. Many pieces are 4/4-8/4 thick x 8"-12" wide x up to 8' long. Enjoy significant savings over retail prices while you gather wood for special projects.

A sign-in list will be started at 8:30 am on sale day and entry will be based on sign-in time. Beginning at 11:00 we will conduct an oral auction of wood not purchased earlier in this sale. All bidders must be on site or represented on site by a surrogate and all purchases must be paid for on sale day.

There will also be a few, large power tools available for inspection in the annex and for sale. These include a Nova #55175 Digital Variable Reluctance Drive Technology XP lathe w/multiple accessories; Delta #46-700 3/4HP lathe and a handful of turning tools. Buy some blanks or burls and turn them on one of these fine lathes!

This sale will take place in a residential neighborhood. Parking is available on the street, but please do not block neighbors' mailboxes.
