I am upgrading to a bigger CNC and need to sell my current machine as a turn-key package. This is an ideal machine for v-carving signs or cutting boards, building guitar bodies, necks and fretboards, milling furniture parts,  decorative arts and so much more.

It’s a Canadian-built New-Carve 1000 by CNC4Newbie. My new machine will be from the same company as I’m very happy with the quality and service they offer. 

It’s a very precise, lead-screw driven machine that has a cutting capacity of 35.5” x 34”. Ideal for wood and can even handle aluminum.

Here’s what is included:

• 5-Axis controller (so you can add a rotary 4^th axis)
• UCCNC control software (very similar to Mach3 or 4 but considered to be better-developed and more stable). UCCNC is used by Stepcraft and many other machine builders.
• Microsoft Surface Pro Windows 11 touchpad tablet computer to run the machine. I’m including a keyboard but you don’t have to use it.
• 2.2 KW (3HP), water-cooled spindle and VFD by HY (Huanyang), which runs on 110v – no need to have 220V service.  Spindle on/off, direction and speed is controlled in your software/g-code. Water pump and reservoir included.
• Jog pendant for moving the carriages
• Touch-off plate for determining X, Y & Z home positions
• Dust boot with 2 size brushes. You can use either a shop vac or regular dust collector. I'll provide an adapter for a 2.5" and 4" hose.
• Spoilboard has dozens of ¼- 20 threaded inserts for mounting your fixtures and hold downs.

I have it mounted on a rolling table with a drawer for all your bits and supplies which I’ll include (if you want it).

If you take the table, it’s all set up wired, calibrated and ready to carve. If you want the machine without the table, I'll disassemble for you. Re-assembly on your own stand is not difficult and takes only a coupe of hours.

Total value of all hardware and software is $4,500+ (that doesn’t include the materials for the stand).
