We have a 10' x 10' private studio space available in our community woodshop. Woodshop comes equipped with a Sawstop, 8" jointer, 15" planer, 13" bandsaw, chop saw, drill press, disc and spindle sander. Access is 24/7 and ideal for any member looking to expand their practice. The space rents for $460 a month, with a preferred 6 month lease due at signing. This includes tool use and all utilities. I have included a few images of the space and building.
