Hand Plane Fundamentals

Prerequisites: Completion of Intro to Guild Safety

Students will learn how a plane works. Learn the fundamental techniques to create square and parallel faces. These skills will allow you to create panels, wide boards, and long boards.

This is a critical foundation if you are interested in raising your hand tool skill set!

Materials and tools will be provided.  Students are welcome to bring their personal and required PPE, a pencil, notebook and a Combination square.
