Ok, so here’s the story as best that I know it. A long while back a Guild member (past president from my understanding) was making this table for someone, possibly a commissioned piece. That Guild member past away and this tabletop was stored at another Guild members shop for a number of years. Not sure if the intent was to finish it or just to store it. That member couldn’t store it anymore and being the wood horder that I am, I elected to store it thinking that maybe someday I’ll try to finish it. Well, I’ve had it now for 5 years and it’s time for someone else to have the opportunity to get it completed.
It’s a little over 5’ in diameter and looks to be made of walnut. There is an inlay of a fly fisherman. It appears the intent would be for a large round piece of glass to be placed over the surface.
The top is free to anyone that wants it. I possibly could facilitate hauling from my shop in Scappoose as well. It’s going to go one way or the other
